Job Title: E-commerce Admin
Location: Porur, Chennai  

• Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.
• Making reports and keeping track of analytics on a routine basis.
• Handling the team and providing the best resolution to the team
• Supervising Listings: Manage the catalog and product listing of all the categories of items, updating product data, specifications etc. and look out for errors or mismatch of data and getting them rectified.
• Manage backend and category data for product listing on Shopify.
• Managing coupon and other discount setups.
• Cross-checking the work of Ecommerce executives and approving all the contents/ listings before they are posted on all platforms.
• Plan to increase the vendors in the shoppo99
• Coordinate with Delivery Executives
